Your 2 hour session includes: Intention setting for our time together, 60-75 minutes of breathing with coaching set to a beautiful custom music playlist based on your intentions and spiritual beliefs. Afterward we debrief and talk about how to incorporate breath practices into your daily lifestyle. I also offer Reiki energy healing during your session if desired.
